Ms. Ganga Raj is a Reebok Certified, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified and Yoga Certified. She created Vyayaam as a means to build a fitness environment for those individuals who were committed to training naturally and scientifically using international methods. Each Month, each week and each day is designed to cater to overall mind, body fitness. Classes are designed, by keeping fundamentally three exercise categories. These three categories include aerobic exercise, resistance training and stretching. These three groups have very different effects upon the muscles and the body.
